Salary Range

Key Responsibilities

Legal Research & Case Management

Conduct thorough legal research to support case strategies, draft legal documents, and prepare court filings. Manage caseloads efficiently using remote collaboration tools to ensure deadlines are met and clients receive timely updates.

Client Communication

Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing clear explanations of legal processes, case statuses, and next steps. Maintain professionalism and empathy in all interactions, even in a remote setting.

Collaboration with Teams

Work closely with paralegals, legal analysts, and other attorneys to ensure seamless case progression. Participate in virtual meetings, brainstorming sessions, and strategy discussions to enhance team performance.

Requirements

Qualifications

A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and active admission to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a specialized area of law (e.g., corporate, intellectual property, or family law). Proficiency in legal research databases (Westlaw, LexisNexis) and case management software (Clio, MyCase).

Skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong time management abilities, and the capacity to work independently. Familiarity with remote collaboration platforms (Zoom, Slack, Microsoft Teams) is essential. A commitment to continuous professional development is required.
