About the Role

As our Remote Assistant General Manager, you will be the strategic engine behind the smooth and profitable operation of our Florida-based hospitality venue. You will collaborate closely with the General Manager, providing critical support in all facets of management, from driving sales and controlling costs to ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction and fostering a positive, high-performing team culture. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a diverse team of managers and associates, fostering a culture of accountability, excellence, and service.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and profitability across all operational areas.
  • Manage and optimize operational budgets, ensuring cost controls and efficient resource utilization.
  • Ensure the highest levels of guest satisfaction through proactive problem-solving and consistent brand experience delivery.
  • Collaborate with corporate teams on marketing initiatives, event planning, and operational improvements.
  • Maintain strict adherence to all health, safety, security, and compliance regulations.

Requirements

  • Proven track record (5+ years) in hospitality management, with significant experience in a General Manager or Assistant General Manager capacity, ideally within a similar venue type.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and develop high-performing teams remotely.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience in financial management, including budget development, P&L analysis, and cost control.
  • Demonstrated success in driving sales growth and optimizing operational efficiency.
  • Deep understanding of hospitality operations, including food & beverage, front-of-house, and back-of-house management.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively in a remote setting.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for occasional on-site responsibilities.
