About the Role

Requirements
Essential Qualifications
- Proven experience (minimum 3 years) in a leadership role within the restaurant or hospitality industry, ideally as an Assistant Manager or Shift Supervisor.
- Strong understanding of P&L management, inventory control, and labor forecasting.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively in a remote setting.
- Experience with restaurant management software and POS systems.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle for occasional store visits.
