About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Operational Leadership: Oversee daily business activities, ensuring all departments (sales, customer service, logistics, etc.) operate smoothly and efficiently.
• Team Management & Development: Directly manage department heads and team leads. Foster a culture of accountability, continuous feedback, and professional growth through coaching and performance reviews.
• Strategic Planning & Execution: Collaborate with the GM to develop and implement quarterly and annual operational strategies. Translate these into departmental goals and monitor progress.
• Process Optimization: Proactively identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies. Design, test, and implement new systems, workflows, and technologies to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
• Financial Acumen: Manage departmental budgets, track P&L statements for your areas of responsibility, and provide clear financial reporting and forecasting to leadership.
• Culture Champion: Be the primary ambassador for our company values in a remote setting. Initiate virtual team-building, recognition programs, and communication strategies that combat isolation and build connection.
• Reporting & Analysis: Develop and maintain dashboards for key operational metrics. Deliver concise, data-driven weekly and monthly reports to the leadership team.

Salary & Benefits
