About the Role

As our Remote Assistant General Manager, you will be the critical link between our General Manager and our hotel’s operational success. You’ll oversee daily hotel operations, ensuring seamless guest experiences, financial performance, and adherence to brand standards. This role demands a proactive problem-solver with exceptional leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively across a remote team.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and food & beverage teams remotely.
• Analyze financial reports, manage budgets, and implement cost-saving initiatives.
• Develop and execute strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.
• Ensure compliance with all safety, security, and brand policies.
• Collaborate with the General Manager on marketing initiatives and revenue management.
• Utilize remote management tools to monitor property performance and team productivity.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Assistant General Manager, Hotel Manager, or equivalent leadership role in hospitality (3+ years required).
• Strong background in P&L management, budgeting, and financial analysis.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
• Proficiency in hotel management systems (PMS, CRM) and remote collaboration platforms.
• Ability to make sound decisions quickly and manage stress in a high-pressure environment.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for occasional on-site needs (as required by state regulations).
