About the Role & Our Vision

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct original research in core AI/ML areas, developing novel algorithms, architectures, and theoretical frameworks.

Requirements & Qualifications

We are looking for a proven researcher with a demonstrable track record of excellence. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, excels in asynchronous remote collaboration, and possesses an insatiable drive to discover.

Essential Experience & Skills

• Education: PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Statistics, or a related quantitative field. Exceptionally strong candidates with a Master’s degree and equivalent industry research experience will be considered.
• Publications: A robust publication record in top-tier AI/ML conferences or journals (e.g., 3+ first-author papers at NeurIPS/ICML/ICLR or equivalent).
• Technical Mastery: Expert-level proficiency in ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow/JAX), Python, and related scientific computing libraries. Strong mathematical foundation in probability, statistics, linear algebra, and optimization.
• Research Acumen: Proven ability to formulate research problems, design rigorous experiments, and interpret ambiguous results. Experience with large-scale distributed training and compute resource management is a plus.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences in a fully remote setting.

Compensation & Benefits Package

Salary & Financial Incentives

• Base Salary Range: $150,000 – $220,000 USD/year, commensurate with experience and proven research impact.
