About the Role

What You’ll Do

• Conduct comprehensive AI readiness assessments and craft strategic roadmaps for diverse industries.
• Design and prototype scalable ML models, NLP systems, or computer vision solutions tailored to specific use cases.
• Lead workshops and executive briefings to translate complex AI concepts into actionable business insights.
• Manage end-to-end project delivery, coordinating with data engineers, developers, and client stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate risks related to data bias, model drift, security, and regulatory compliance (e.g., GDPR, AI Act).

Essential Experience & Skills

• 7+ years of professional experience in data science, AI engineering, or a related consulting role.
• Proven track record of leading at least 3 full-cycle AI/ML consulting projects from concept to production.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary Range

Based on experience and project scope, the estimated annual earning potential ranges from $120,000 to $180,000 USD. Top performers with niche expertise can exceed this range. Invoices are paid monthly against approved project milestones and deliverables.
