About the Role

As an Artificial Intelligence Consultant, you will act as a trusted advisor to businesses seeking to harness machine learning, natural language processing, and computer vision to solve real‑world problems. You’ll lead end‑to‑end engagements—from assessing readiness and defining use cases to designing prototypes, overseeing implementation, and measuring impact. Your expertise will help clients accelerate innovation, reduce operational costs, and create new revenue streams.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct AI readiness assessments and workshops to identify high‑value opportunities.
• Develop tailored AI roadmaps, including technology selection, data strategy, and ethical considerations.
• Design and prototype machine learning models, leveraging frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit‑learn.
• Collaborate with data engineers and software developers to integrate AI solutions into existing platforms.
• Present findings and recommendations to C‑level stakeholders through clear, compelling storytelling.
• Stay current with emerging AI trends and advise clients on responsible AI practices and regulatory compliance.
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to internal knowledge‑sharing initiatives.

Requirements

• Master’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
• Minimum 4 years of hands‑on experience delivering AI/ML projects across industries such as finance, healthcare, retail, or manufacturing.
• Strong proficiency in Python and familiarity with ML libraries (e.g., scikit‑learn, XGBoost, Keras).
• Proven ability to translate technical concepts into business value for non‑technical audiences.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Experience with cloud AI services (AWS SageMaker, Google AI Platform, Azure Machine Learning) is a plus.
• Demonstrated track record of managing stakeholder expectations and delivering projects on time and within budget.

Preferred Qualifications

• PhD in Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or a related discipline.
• Certifications such as AWS Machine Learning Specialty, Google Professional Data Engineer, or Microsoft Azure AI Engineer Associate.
• Publications or speaking engagements at reputable AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, KDD, etc.).
• Experience with MLOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines for models, model monitoring, and governance.
• Familiarity with data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA) and ethical AI frameworks.

Salary Range

$120,000 – $160,000 USD/year
