About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Physician Assistant to join our leading healthcare network serving the Seattle metropolitan area. This is a full-time position offering the opportunity to practice at the forefront of patient-centered medicine within a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment. You will provide comprehensive primary and specialty care, diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions, and collaborate closely with physicians and other healthcare providers to optimize patient outcomes. Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient assessments and physical examinations.
• Diagnose illnesses and develop, implement, and evaluate treatment plans.
• Prescribe medications and administer treatments according to established protocols and physician oversight.
• Perform minor surgical procedures and provide wound care.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests (e.g., labs, imaging) and analyze results.
• Provide patient education on disease management and preventive health strategies.
• Maintain accurate and detailed medical records in compliance with regulations.
• Collaborate effectively with physicians, nurses, and other clinical staff to ensure seamless patient care coordination.

Requirements

• Current Washington State Physician Assistant license.
• Completion of an accredited Physician Assistant program (Master’s degree preferred).
• PA-C certification (or eligibility for same).
• Minimum of 2 years of direct patient care experience in a primary care or specialty setting.
• Proven proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Strong clinical judgment, critical thinking, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-based environment.
