About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled board-certified Physician Assistant to provide high-quality diagnostic, therapeutic, and preventive healthcare services. You will work alongside renowned physicians and specialists in our state-of-the-art clinics, managing a diverse patient panel and contributing to our mission of accessible, excellence-driven medicine. This position is integral to our outpatient internal medicine and family practice departments, offering a balanced schedule with minimal on-call requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments, including medical histories, physical examinations, and diagnostic testing.
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses, develop individualized management plans, and prescribe medications.
• Order and interpret laboratory results, imaging studies, and ECGs.
• Perform routine procedures such as joint injections, wound care, and minor surgical procedures.
• Counsel patients on health maintenance, disease prevention, and lifestyle modifications.
• Collaborate seamlessly with physicians, nurses, and allied health professionals to ensure coordinated care.
• Maintain accurate and timely electronic health record (EHR) documentation.

Requirements

Required Qualifications

• Graduation from an ARC-PA accredited Physician Assistant program.
• Active NCCPA certification and a current, unrestricted New York State PA license.
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a fast-paced outpatient or primary care setting.
• Proficiency in using EHR systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and critical thinking skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in internal medicine, family practice, or urgent care.
• Familiarity with population health management and value-based care models.
• Bilingual proficiency, particularly in Spanish or Mandarin, is a significant advantage.

Compensation & Benefits

We offer a highly competitive salary range of $125,000 – $150,000 USD/year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Your total compensation package includes:
