About the Role

As a Personal Care Aide with our organization, you’ll be at the forefront of in-home care services, helping clients maintain their independence and dignity while receiving assistance with daily living activities. Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care tasks including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Help with mobility and transferring safely
• Prepare and serve nutritious meals
• Light housekeeping and laundry services
• Monitor client health status and report changes
• Provide companionship and engage in meaningful conversation
• Assist with medication reminders (not administration)
• Transport clients to appointments and social outings as needed

Requirements

Qualifications

• Previous experience in caregiving or personal assistance preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Current CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Valid California driver’s license with clean driving record
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening
• Compassionate nature with patience and understanding
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable transportation to client homes
