About the Role
As a Personal Care Aide (PCA), you will be the cornerstone of our clients’ in-home care experience. You will provide personalized assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs), ensuring our clients can live safely and comfortably at home. Your role is hands-on, heart-centered, and critically important. You will work one-on-one with clients, becoming a trusted companion and support system for them and their families.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with personal hygiene: bathing, grooming, oral care, and dressing.
- Support with mobility: safe transfers, ambulation, and positioning.
- Provide toileting and incontinence care with dignity and respect.
- Plan and prepare nutritious meals, adhering to dietary restrictions.
- Perform light housekeeping tasks related to client care (laundry, meal cleanup).
- Offer medication reminders (no administration or pill counting).
- Provide companionship: conversation, recreational activities, and emotional support.
- Accompany clients to appointments or errands (requires valid driver’s license and reliable transportation).
- Observe and report changes in client condition to the care coordinator.
- Adhere strictly to all client-specific care plans and company policies.
What We’re Looking For

Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and proof of auto insurance.
- Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening.
- Ability to lift, transfer, and physically assist clients (up to 50 lbs. with proper techniques).
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- CPR/First Aid certification is preferred but can be provided during paid training.
- Previous experience in home care, assisted living, or a related field is a plus, but not mandatory. We train the right person!
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Salary Range
$34,000 – $48,000 USD/year (Based on experience, hours scheduled, and client location. Overtime eligible as applicable.)
