Why This Owner-Operator Opportunity Is Different

Most carriers treat owner-operators as a number. We treat you as a strategic partner. We provide the freight, the back-office support, and the industry relationships; you provide the truck and the drive. Our model is built on transparency and shared success. We handle the tedious parts—customer service, billing, collections, and fuel tax reporting—so you can focus on what you do best: driving safely and efficiently to build your wealth.

The Core Advantages You’ll Experience:

  • Dedicated, No-Forced Dispatch Lanes: Say goodbye to wild goose chases. We secure committed freight from Fortune 500 companies and major manufacturers with predictable, repeat routes primarily from DFW to the Midwest, South, and West Coast.
  • Premium, All-Inclusive Rate Structure: Our contracts include comprehensive fuel surcharges, lumpers, and washout fees. There are no hidden deductions. You see the full rate on every load ticket.
  • Expedited Pay & No Factoring Required: Get paid within 24 hours of load delivery via direct deposit. We manage the receivables; you get your cash flow immediately.
  • Full Back-Office & Compliance Support: Our dedicated team manages your IFTA, IRP, and DOT compliance paperwork. We also offer discounted access to national maintenance networks, tire programs, and insurance packages.
  • Modern, Well-Maintained Fleet Encouraged: While you can use your own late-model tractor, we offer attractive lease-purchase options on new, warranty-covered Volvo or Freightliner trucks through our affiliated program to minimize your upfront capital risk.

About The Role & Your Responsibilities

As an Owner-Operator Driver, you are an independent contractor responsible for the safe operation of your commercial motor vehicle. You will be expected to:

  • Safely transport dedicated freight on pre-assigned, high-value lanes.
  • Maintain your tractor and trailer in excellent, DOT-compliant condition.
  • Manage your own schedule within the framework of our committed delivery appointments.
  • Communicate professionally with our 24/7 dispatch and safety teams.
  • Adhere to all FMCSA regulations, including hours-of-service and electronic logging (ELD) requirements.
  • Uphold the highest standards of customer service and cargo care.

What We Require From You

We partner with professional, safety-conscious business owners. To qualify, you must meet the following non-negotiable criteria:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Valid US Driver’s License with a clean driving record (No major violations in the last 3 years).
  • At least 2 years of verifiable over-the-road (OTR) tractor-trailer experience.
  • A current, valid DOT Medical Card.
  • Proof of active liability and physical damage insurance meeting our minimum carrier requirements ($1M liability, $50k cargo, $50k physical damage).
  • Ownership of a late-model (typically 2015 or newer), well-maintained Class 8 tractor, or willingness to enter our lease-purchase program.
  • Ability to pass a comprehensive road test and pre-hire safety screening (including MVR and PSP review).

Highly Preferred Attributes:

  • Experience with dry van or flatbed equipment.
  • Proficiency with ELD systems and smartphone-based apps.
  • A strong entrepreneurial mindset and a desire for uncapped income.
  • Willingness to run regional or occasional long-haul assignments for maximum pay.
