• Collaborate closely with Supply Chain, Finance, and Engineering teams to implement your solutions and monitor post-implementation results.
• Communicate complex technical findings into compelling stories and visual dashboards (Tableau/Power BI) for non-technical executives.

Essential Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field. Master’s degree is a strong plus.
• 3+ years of professional experience in an analytical, optimization, or operations research role.
• Proficiency in Python for data analysis and modeling (NumPy, Pandas, OR-Tools, Gurobi/CPLEX experience is a huge advantage).
• Expert-level skill in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
