Core Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough intake assessments and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Deliver evidence‑based therapeutic interventions, including CBT, DBT, and trauma‑informed care.
• Facilitate weekly support groups and workshops on stress management, mindfulness, and resilience.
• Coordinate care with external providers and crisis response teams.
• Stay current with best practices and contribute to continuous quality improvement.

Requirements

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.

• Active licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) or Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Texas.

• Minimum 2 years of post‑licensure experience in outpatient mental health settings.

Salary Range
