About the Role

Our clinic is seeking a dedicated Medical Assistant to support physicians, manage patient flow, and ensure seamless daily operations. You will be the friendly face that greets patients, records vital signs, and assists with administrative tasks, all while contributing to a culture of excellence and empathy.

Key Responsibilities

Perform routine clinical tasks including phlebotomy, specimen collection, and basic diagnostic procedures. Maintain accurate electronic health records, schedule appointments, and coordinate insurance verification. Provide patient education on medication, post‑procedure care, and preventive health measures. Uphold strict confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA regulations.

Required Qualifications

A high school diploma or equivalent is mandatory; completion of an accredited Medical Assistant program is preferred. Current certification as a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) is required. Demonstrated proficiency with electronic medical record (EMR) systems, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to multitask in a busy setting.

Preferred Experience

Minimum of two years of hands‑on experience in a primary care or outpatient clinic environment. Experience with triage, wound care, and basic laboratory testing is a plus. Bilingual candidates fluent in English and Spanish are especially encouraged to apply.

Salary Range

$48,000 – $62,000 USD/year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Competitive hourly wages, overtime eligibility, and periodic salary reviews are included.
