  • Quality & Compliance Leadership: Champion continuous quality improvement (CQI) initiatives, ensure strict adherence to Joint Commission standards, CMS regulations, and HIPAA protocols. Lead preparation for all major surveys and audits.
  • Clinical Program Development: Partner with physicians and nursing leadership to design, implement, and evaluate new service lines and clinical programs that meet community health needs and organizational growth targets.
  • Team Development & Culture: Recruit, mentor, and evaluate a diverse team of clinical and administrative staff. Foster a culture of safety, collaboration, and professional growth, directly impacting employee engagement scores.
  • Financial Acumen: Develop and monitor departmental budgets, analyze variance reports, and implement cost-saving measures without compromising care quality. Drive revenue cycle optimization within your units.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the key liaison between clinical staff, senior administration, physicians, and external partners. Prepare and present detailed operational and financial reports to executive leadership.

  • Knowledge: Expert-level knowledge of healthcare regulations (Joint Commission, CMS, state licensing), healthcare finance, budgeting, and performance improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
  • Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, strategic planning ability, data analysis proficiency (experience with Epic, Cerner, or similar EHR reporting modules is a plus), and a track record of leading successful cross-functional teams.

Highly Preferred:
