About the Role & Impact
As a Management Analyst, you will operate at the intersection of data, strategy, and operations. You will partner with department heads and senior leadership to evaluate business performance, identify efficiency gains, and forecast trends. Your insights will directly inform quarterly planning, resource allocation, and major strategic initiatives. You will be a central hub for transforming raw data from our ERP and CRM systems into clear, actionable recommendations that drive bottom-line results.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Analysis: Conduct in-depth analyses of market trends, operational processes, and financial performance to support strategic decision-making.
- Performance Reporting: Develop and maintain dashboards and KPI reports for leadership, providing a real-time view of business health.
- Process Optimization: Map existing workflows, identify bottlenecks, and propose data-backed solutions to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Financial Modeling: Build financial models for scenario planning, budgeting, and investment proposals.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with Finance, Operations, Marketing, and Sales teams to gather requirements and deliver integrated insights.

Must-Have Qualifications
