Job Summary

Goodwill of the San Francisco Bay is seeking a Retail Store Manager to lead its San Rafael location. This full‑time role offers an annual salary of $55,152.65 plus performance‑based bonuses.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of the retail store, ensuring sales targets and customer service standards are met.
  • Lead, coach, and schedule Assistant Store Manager(s) and the production team.
  • Manage inventory, visual merchandising, and store layout to maximize product turnover.
  • Develop and implement staff training programs, including the mandatory onboarding curriculum.
  • Monitor financial performance, prepare reports, and control expenses in line with budget.
  • Maintain compliance with Goodwill policies, safety regulations, and local labor laws.
  • Drive community engagement initiatives that support Goodwill’s mission to end unemployment.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Proven retail management experience (3+ years preferred).
