Key Responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment cycles for high‑volume and niche positions, from sourcing to offer negotiation.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
• Utilize Boolean search, social media, job boards, and networking events to build robust candidate pipelines.
• Conduct interviews, assess candidate fit, and present qualified talent to clients.
• Maintain accurate applicant tracking system (ATS) data and generate regular status reports.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience that reflects TrueBlue’s brand and client expectations.

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of full‑cycle recruiting experience, preferably in an RPO or staffing agency environment.
• Proven ability to fill high‑volume and hard‑to‑fill roles across multiple industries.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable interacting with all organizational levels.
• Proficiency with ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and advanced sourcing techniques.
• Detail‑oriented, highly organized, and able to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
