Key Responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality legal advice and representation to corporate and private clients.
• Draft, review and negotiate contracts, deeds and other legal documents.
• Manage case files, conduct legal research and prepare pleadings.
• Collaborate with senior partners and other practice groups on multi‑jurisdictional matters.
• Develop and maintain client relationships, contributing to business development initiatives.
• Mentor junior associates and supervise paralegals as required.

Requirements

• Qualified solicitor (or equivalent) with several years of post‑qualification experience.
• Strong background in one or more of Birketts’ practice areas.
• Excellent analytical, drafting and advocacy skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
