Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy retrieval‑augmented generation (RAG) systems for enterprise data lookups.
• Build scalable backend services that integrate AI agents into business processes.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define AI requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Maintain code quality, perform code reviews, and ensure robust testing of AI models.
• Monitor performance of AI solutions and continuously improve accuracy and efficiency.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience developing AI/ML models and backend services.

• Hands‑on experience with retrieval‑augmented generation, LLMs, and prompt engineering.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
