Requirements:
- Licensing: Must possess or be willing to obtain within 90 days an active Illinois Resident Insurance License for Life, Accident & Health (LAH) and Property & Casualty (P&C).
- Experience: 1+ years of proven success in sales, customer service, or a relationship-driven role. Insurance experience is a plus but not mandatory for exceptional candidates.
- Skills: Outstanding interpersonal and listening skills, persuasive presentation abilities, and strong negotiation skills. Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Mindset: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a commission-based structure. Unwavering integrity and a commitment to ethical practices.

Salary Range & Earning Potential:
