Key Responsibilities

• Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify weaknesses in systems and applications.
• Respond to security incidents, containing breaches and minimizing damage to client data.
• Collaborate with IT teams to implement security patches, firewalls, and encryption protocols.
• Ensure compliance with regulations such as GDPR, HIPAA, and SOC 2 through audits and documentation.
• Develop and maintain incident response plans tailored to client-specific needs.

Requirements

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in information security, with hands-on expertise in threat detection and mitigation.
• Proficiency in tools like Wireshark, Metasploit, or Nessus for security analysis.
• Strong understanding of network security principles, including firewalls, IDS/IPS, and VPNs.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CEH, or Security+ are highly preferred.
• Excellent analytical skills to interpret complex security data and generate actionable insights.

Salary Range
