Salary & Compensation

We offer a competitive starting wage range of $16.50 – $19.50 per hour, translating to an annual estimated salary of $34,320 – $40,560 USD/year for full-time work (32+ hours/week). Compensation is based on experience, certifications, and shift differentials for evenings, weekends, and holidays. Overtime opportunities are frequently available.

About the Role: More Than a Job, a Calling

As a Home Health Aide (HHA), you will be the cornerstone of our in-home care team. You will provide personalized, non-medical assistance to elderly, disabled, or recovering clients, enabling them to maintain their independence, dignity, and quality of life. Your daily responsibilities will be hands-on and deeply interpersonal, making a visible impact on someone’s day-to-day wellbeing.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs): bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
• Provide mobility support, including safe transfers and ambulation.
• Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed.
• Perform light housekeeping tasks related to client care (laundry, meal clean-up, bedroom tidying).
• Remind clients to take medications (cannot administer).
• Provide companionship, engage in conversation, and participate in recreational activities.
• Accompany clients to medical appointments or community outings.
• Document care provided and observe/report any changes in client condition to the supervising RN.

What We’re Looking For: The Ideal Candidate

We seek reliable, empathetic, and resilient individuals. You must be at least 18 years old and possess:

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance.
• Current CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days of hire).
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
• Physical ability to lift, transfer, and support clients (up to 50+ lbs with proper techniques).
• Excellent communication skills and a genuinely warm, patient demeanor.

Preferred (But Not Required):

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) certification.
• 6+ months of professional caregiving experience.
• Experience with Alzheimer’s/Dementia care.
