About the Role: The Open Road Awaits

As a Heavy and Tractor-Trailer Truck Driver for Prime Logistics Solutions, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient transport of dry van and flatbed freight across the continental United States. This is a true OTR position with a guaranteed weekly home time schedule—you will be home for at least 34 hours every week, a rare and valuable benefit in long-haul trucking. You will operate and maintain a late-model, company-owned Peterbilt or Kenworth tractor, pulling 53′ trailers for a diverse client base in manufacturing, retail, and construction. Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections on your assigned tractor and trailer.
• Securely load, transport, and unload various types of freight, including palletized goods, building materials, and machinery.
• Navigate cross-country routes using current GPS and planning technology, adhering to all DOT hours-of-service regulations.
• Complete all necessary shipping and delivery documentation accurately and promptly via our electronic logging device (ELD) system.
• Maintain clear, professional communication with our 24/7 dispatch and safety teams.
• Uphold the highest standards of safety and customer service, representing the Prime Logistics brand.

Requirements: Are You the Professional Driver We Need?

We are seeking seasoned, safety-conscious CDL-A drivers who take pride in their craft. This is not an entry-level position.

Mandatory Qualifications:

• Valid CDL-A license with a clean driving record (no major violations in the last 3 years).
• Minimum 2 years of verifiable OTR experience driving tractor-trailers.
• Ability to pass a comprehensive DOT physical and drug screen.
• Possession of, or ability to immediately obtain, Tanker (N) and Hazmat (H) endorsements. Drivers with doubles/triples (T) endorsements are highly preferred.
• Proven ability to safely handle heavy equipment and secure diverse freight types.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.

$70,000 – $90,000+ USD/Year (Based on experience, mileage, and performance)
