About the Role

As a Health Data Analyst, you will be at the forefront of our mission to deliver smarter, data-driven healthcare. Key Responsibilities

• Extract, clean, and validate large-scale data from Electronic Health Records (EHR), claims databases, and public health sources using SQL and scripting languages.
• Develop and maintain dynamic dashboards and visualizations in Tableau or Power BI to track key performance indicators (KPIs) like patient readmission rates, treatment efficacy, and population health trends.
• Conduct advanced statistical analyses (e.g., regression, forecasting, cohort analysis) to identify opportunities for improving care quality and reducing costs.
• Partner with medical staff to translate clinical questions into analytical projects, ensuring findings are statistically sound and clinically relevant.
• Ensure all data handling complies strictly with HIPAA regulations and internal privacy protocols, maintaining the highest standards of data security and ethics.
• Document all analytical methodologies and present findings in clear, compelling reports for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Proven experience working with healthcare data standards (e.g., ICD-10, CPT, LOINC) and EHR systems like Epic or Cerner.

Technical Skills

• Expert proficiency in SQL for complex querying and database management.
• Strong programming skills in Python (pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn) or R for data manipulation and statistical modeling.

Competitive Compensation & Benefits
