About the Role

We are seeking a strategic and results‑oriented Fundraising Officer to expand our donor base, cultivate lasting relationships, and secure vital resources that sustain our initiatives. The ideal professional will blend creative storytelling with data‑driven outreach to maximize fundraising outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive fundraising strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Identify and engage major donors, corporate partners, and grant-making institutions.
• Plan and host impactful fundraising events, both virtual and in‑person.
• Prepare persuasive proposals, reports, and stewardship communications.
• Analyze donor trends and metrics to refine campaigns and improve ROI.
• Collaborate with marketing, communications, and program teams to ensure cohesive messaging.

Requirements

Candidates must possess a bachelor’s degree in nonprofit management, business, communications, or a related field, along with a minimum of three years of progressive fundraising experience. Strong written and verbal communication skills, proficiency in donor management software, and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets are essential. Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast‑paced environment is required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a relevant discipline.

Salary & Benefits

Salary Range: $45,000 – $65,000 USD/year, commensurate with experience and performance.
