Key Responsibilities

Requirements

We’re seeking a driven professional with a proven track record in nonprofit fundraising. Ideal candidates will have:

• A bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3+ years of experience in fundraising, donor relations, or nonprofit program management.
• Demonstrated success in building and maintaining donor portfolios, including major gifts and corporate partnerships.
• Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Blackbaud) and data analytics tools.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft persuasive narratives.
