Salary Range

As the Founder of our AI healthcare startup, you’ll be compensated with a competitive salary range of $150,000 – $300,000 USD/year, supplemented by equity and performance-based bonuses. This reflects industry leadership roles in Silicon Valley’s thriving tech ecosystem.

About the Role

What You’ll Do

As our Founder, you’ll spearhead every aspect of the company’s vision. This includes defining the product roadmap for AI-driven diagnostics, securing venture capital funding, building a world-class engineering and healthcare advisory team, and establishing partnerships with hospitals and insurers. Your leadership will directly impact lives by leveraging machine learning to predict and prevent diseases.

Requirements

Essential Qualifications

• Proven track record as a founder or executive in a tech or healthcare startup (minimum 5 years).
• Deep understanding of AI/ML algorithms and healthcare regulations (HIPAA, FDA guidelines).
• Fundraising experience with Series A+ rounds or experience pitching to angel investors.
• Technical background in software development or data science (preferred).
• Passion for solving real-world healthcare challenges through technology.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with wearable health tech or telemedicine platforms.
• Fluency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Strong public speaking and investor relations expertise.
