About the Role

Requirements

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Estimator or similar role within the construction industry (5+ years preferred).
• Deep understanding of construction methodologies, materials, and labor costs.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and construction estimating software (e.g., ProEst, On-Screen Takeoff).
• Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
• Excellent analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
