About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate effectively with project managers, engineers, and procurement teams to refine estimates and address scope changes.

• Maintain accurate records of all estimating activities and communicate findings clearly.

Requirements

Successful candidates will possess:

• Proven experience as a Construction Estimator or similar role, preferably within commercial or residential construction.
• Strong proficiency in estimating software (e.g., Bluebeam, Sage Estimating, or equivalent).
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail for precise calculations and data interpretation.
• Deep understanding of construction methods, materials, and industry standards.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate complex estimates clearly.
• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to job sites as needed.
