Salary Range: $85,000 – $125,000 USD/year

This role combines technical expertise with leadership skills to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest safety standards. You’ll work with cutting-edge electrical systems, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure compliance with all local and national electrical codes.

About the Role

As our Electrical Project Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind our electrical construction and engineering projects. You’ll manage everything from commercial building electrical systems to large-scale industrial installations, ensuring each project meets client specifications and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead project planning, scheduling, and execution of electrical infrastructure projects
• Manage budgets, resources, and timelines for multiple concurrent projects
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure project alignment
• Ensure compliance with NEC, OSHA, and local building codes
• Conduct regular site inspections and quality control assessments
• Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders
• Mentor junior engineers and field technicians

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• 5+ years of experience in electrical project management
• Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and safety protocols
• Experience with AutoCAD and project management software
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints
