About the Role

As Director of Clinical Services, you will be the strategic architect and operational leader responsible for overseeing all clinical departments within our New York facility. You will champion evidence-based practices, optimize clinical workflows, ensure regulatory compliance (including Joint Commission and state licensure), and foster a culture of continuous improvement and patient-centered care. This role demands a leader who can bridge clinical expertise with operational acumen to deliver exceptional, safe, and efficient patient experiences.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (PhD preferred).
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive clinical leadership experience, with at least 3 years in a Director/Manager role within a complex healthcare setting.
• Current RN licensure in New York State (or ability to obtain quickly).
• Proven track record in developing and implementing clinical policies, procedures, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Deep understanding of healthcare regulations (HIPAA, CMS, Joint Commission).
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills to lead diverse teams and collaborate effectively with physicians, administrators, and patients.
• Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive clinical decision-making and resource allocation.
