Using state-of-the-art digital radiography and intraoral cameras, you’ll conduct comprehensive periodontal assessments, thorough prophylaxes, and develop personalized home-care plans. What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)

Clinical Excellence & Patient Care

• Perform complete dental hygiene services including periodontal charting, scaling, root planing, and fluoride treatments.
• Take and process high-quality digital X-rays with a focus on radiation safety and patient comfort.
• Conduct oral cancer screenings and document all findings meticulously in our digital charting system (Dentrix).
• Provide clear, actionable oral hygiene instruction and nutritional counseling to patients of all ages.
• Assist in the diagnosis and treatment planning process by presenting your clinical findings to the dentist.

Practice & Team Contribution

• Maintain strict adherence to OSHA regulations and infection control protocols.
• Help manage patient recall systems to ensure continuity of care.
• Participate in team meetings and continuing education initiatives to elevate practice standards.
• Support a welcoming, anxiety-free atmosphere for every patient who walks through our doors.

Requirements

We are looking for a licensed professional who is as passionate about patient relationships as they are about clinical skill.

• Active Texas Dental Hygienist License in good standing.
• Current CPR/First Aid Certification.
• Radiation Health and Safety Certification.
• 2+ years of clinical experience preferred, but motivated new graduates will be considered.
• Proficiency with digital dental software and technology.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, empathy, and a gentle touch.

Salary Range

$75,000 – $85,000 USD per year (based on experience, production, and full-time schedule of 32-40 hours/week). Bonus opportunities available based on practice performance.
