About the Role

We’re looking for a highly analytical and innovative Data Scientist to join our dynamic Data Science team. You will be responsible for designing and implementing sophisticated machine learning models and statistical analyses to solve complex business problems. Key Responsibilities

• Develop, train, and deploy robust machine learning models (e.g., regression, classification, clustering, NLP) to extract meaningful patterns from large-scale datasets.
• Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to understand data quality, identify trends, and formulate hypotheses.
• Design and execute A/B tests and experiments to validate hypotheses and measure the impact of data-driven interventions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, marketing) to define data requirements and integrate models into production systems.
• Optimize data pipelines and preprocessing workflows for efficiency and scalability.
• Communicate complex analytical findings and recommendations effectively to technical and non-technical audiences through compelling visualizations and reports.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field (PhD preferred).
• 5+ years of professional experience building and deploying machine learning models in a production environment.
• Extensive experience with Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow/PyTorch) and SQL.
• Demonstrated expertise in statistical modeling, hypothesis testing, and experimental design.
• Proven ability to work with large datasets (terabytes) and scale solutions effectively.
• Strong communication skills and experience presenting technical results to diverse stakeholders.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization (Docker) is highly desirable.
