About the Role

Requirements

Essential Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid South Korean driver’s license (preferred but not mandatory)
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in physically demanding conditions
• Basic understanding of construction tools and machinery

Preferred Experience

• 1+ years in construction, solar installation, or related fields
• Familiarity with Korean safety standards (KOSHA)
• Experience with renewable energy projects or smart infrastructure
