About the Role

As our Computer and Information Systems Manager, you will be the strategic leader responsible for the design, implementation, and ongoing management of our organization’s comprehensive computer systems and information technology infrastructure. You will oversee a dedicated remote team of IT professionals, ensuring the seamless operation of networks, servers, cloud platforms, cybersecurity protocols, and data management systems. Key Responsibilities

**Vendor & Project Management:** Evaluate, select, and manage relationships with technology vendors and oversee major IT projects from conception to deployment.

**Performance Optimization:** Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement upgrades to ensure optimal efficiency, reliability, and scalability.

**Budget & Resource Management:** Develop and manage IT department budgets, allocate resources effectively, and ensure cost-efficiency.

Requirements

**Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems (MIS), or a related field. An MBA or equivalent advanced degree is highly desirable.

**Experience:** Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in IT management, including at least 3-5 years in a leadership or managerial capacity managing remote teams. Proven experience in designing, implementing, and managing complex IT infrastructures (on-premise, cloud, hybrid).

**Technical Expertise:** Deep understanding of enterprise-level networking (LAN/WAN), server infrastructure (Windows/Linux), cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), cybersecurity fundamentals, and data management principles.

**Leadership & Management:** Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop remote teams, foster collaboration, and resolve conflicts effectively. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
