We are seeking a dedicated professional who meets the following criteria:
- Education: Doctorate (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) in Clinical Psychology from an accredited institution.
- Licensure: Active, unrestricted license to practice psychology in New York State. License must be current and in good standing.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of post-licensure clinical experience in a community mental health, hospital, or private practice setting. Experience with diverse populations is highly valued.
- Clinical Skills: Proficiency in multiple therapeutic orientations and strong diagnostic skills (experience with DSM-5). Experience with psychological testing is a plus but not required.
- Interpersonal: Excellent communication, empathy, and the ability to build strong therapeutic alliances. A team-oriented mindset is essential.
Compensation & Benefits Package
We offer a highly competitive compensation package that recognizes your expertise and commitment.

The base salary for this full-time position ranges from $85,000 to $120,000 USD annually, commensurate with experience, license seniority, and clinical specialization. This role may also include a potential productivity-based bonus structure.
