About the Role
In this full-time, clinical position, you will become a cornerstone of our patient-centered therapy and assessment services. You will manage a flexible caseload of adults, adolescents, and/or families, utilizing a range of therapeutic modalities to address complex mood, anxiety, trauma, and personality-related concerns. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments, diagnostics, and evidence-based psychotherapies (e.g., CBT, DBT, ACT, psychodynamic, trauma-focused).
- Develop and implement individualized, measurable treatment plans in collaboration with clients.
- Participate actively in weekly team meetings and peer supervision sessions to ensure quality of care and professional development.
- Maintain precise, timely clinical documentation in accordance with best practices and insurance requirements.
- Engage in optional opportunities for clinical supervision of junior staff or psychology interns.

Required Qualifications
- Doctoral degree (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) in Clinical Psychology from an APA-accredited program.
- Active, unrestricted license to practice psychology in New York State.
- Minimum of 3 years of post-licensure clinical experience in a fast-paced, outpatient setting.
- Demonstrated expertise in at least two major therapeutic orientations and strong diagnostic skills (experience with DSM-5).
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills.
Desired Expertise
- Board certification in a specialty area (e.g., Clinical Psychology, Cognitive & Behavioral) is a plus.
- Experience with psychological testing and report writing for educational, forensic, or diagnostic clarification purposes.
- Familiarity with diverse populations and culturally-competent care practices.
- Background in or enthusiasm for integrating technology into therapeutic practice (e.g., telehealth platforms, digital symptom tracking).
Why Join Us?
