About the Role

As a Clinical Psychologist at MindWell, you will conduct comprehensive psychological assessments, design individualized treatment plans, and provide both individual and group therapy to adults and adolescents. You’ll work closely with psychiatrists, social workers, and wellness coaches to deliver integrated care that emphasizes holistic recovery, long‑term resilience, and community empowerment. Key Responsibilities

• Perform thorough diagnostic evaluations using standardized tools, clinical interviews, and collateral information to formulate accurate treatment strategies.
• Develop and implement evidence‑based therapeutic interventions tailored to each client’s unique needs, progress, and recovery goals.
• Maintain precise clinical documentation, progress notes, and treatment plans in full compliance with HIPAA and state regulations.
• Participate actively in weekly case conferences, interdisciplinary team meetings, and supervision sessions to enhance clinical practice.
• Provide timely crisis intervention and on‑call support for clients experiencing acute emotional distress.

Requirements

We are seeking a licensed professional who combines clinical excellence with a compassionate, client‑centered approach.

• Doctoral degree (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) in Clinical Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Current Texas license to practice psychology, or eligibility for licensure with a clear pathway to obtain it.
• Minimum of three years of post‑doctoral experience in clinical practice, preferably within community mental‑health or outpatient settings.
• Proficiency in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and trauma‑informed care modalities.

Salary Range

We offer a competitive compensation package with a Salary Range of $58,000 – $78,000 USD per year, adjusted based on experience, credentials, and performance. In addition to base salary, eligible employees may receive performance bonuses, relocation assistance, and tuition reimbursement for relevant certifications.
