About the Role

As an Artificial Intelligence Consultant, you will be the trusted advisor for our key clients, leading engagements from initial discovery through to deployment and optimization. You will work closely with C-suite executives and technical teams to identify high-impact opportunities, design robust AI/ML solutions, and ensure successful adoption. Your primary mission is to demystify AI and create a clear, executable path to value, whether that means building predictive analytics systems, implementing intelligent automation, or crafting generative AI strategies.

You will operate in a dynamic, hybrid model—spending significant time in strategic workshops with clients, presenting to leadership, and then diving into the technical nuances with our engineering teams to ensure feasibility and quality. This is a senior role for a professional who is as comfortable discussing neural network architectures as they are in building a business case for a $2M AI investment.

Core Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle AI consulting engagements: discovery, solution design, prototyping, implementation planning, and change management.
• Conduct comprehensive AI maturity assessments and develop tailored roadmaps for enterprise clients across various sectors (finance, healthcare, retail, logistics).
• Design and architect scalable machine learning pipelines, NLP systems, computer vision applications, and generative AI frameworks.
• Translate ambiguous business problems into precise technical specifications and data requirements for our delivery teams.
• Develop compelling thought leadership content, client presentations, and proof-of-concept demonstrations.
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to the evolution of our proprietary AI methodology and service offerings.

Requirements & Qualifications

We are looking for a proven expert with a blend of deep technical knowledge and exceptional business acumen. The ideal candidate is a persuasive communicator and a pragmatic problem-solver.

Essential Experience & Skills

• Experience: Minimum 5 years in a hands-on data science, machine learning engineering, or AI consulting role, with at least 2 years in a client-facing consulting or solutions architecture capacity.
• Technical Mastery: Expert proficiency in Python, major ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn), and cloud AI services (AWS SageMaker, Google Vertex AI, Azure ML). Strong understanding of MLOps, data engineering principles, and model deployment.
• Domain Knowledge: Proven track record of delivering AI solutions in at least two of the following: predictive analytics, recommendation systems, process automation (RPA + AI), natural language processing (including LLMs), or computer vision.
• Business Acumen: Exceptional ability to build financial models, calculate ROI, and articulate the strategic impact of AI initiatives in boardroom-ready language.
• Communication: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills. Ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical audiences and facilitate high-stakes workshops.
• Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related quantitative field is highly preferred.

Salary Range

The estimated base salary range for this role is $135,000 – $195,000 USD/year, commensurate with experience, expertise, and location (if hybrid). Final compensation will include a significant performance-based bonus structure tied to both personal and company goals, with total compensation potential exceeding $250,000 for top performers.
