About the Role

Core Responsibilities

• Validate data integrity through profiling, reconciliation, and documentation that meets compliance and audit standards.

Requirements

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Health Data Analyst, Clinical Data Analyst, or closely related role.
• Expert-level SQL and strong Python or R skills for manipulation, analysis, and automation.
• Experience with visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker and dashboard design best practices.
• Working knowledge of healthcare data standards including ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS, SNOMED, and HL7/FHIR concepts.
• Familiarity with claims, EHR, and registry datasets and the quirks that come with each.
• Understanding of descriptive and inferential statistics, experimental design, and causal inference basics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication tailored to technical and non-technical audiences.
