About the Role

In this position you will provide comprehensive psychological assessments, individualized treatment plans, and ongoing therapeutic support to a diverse client base through secure video sessions. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, contribute to research initiatives, and help shape innovative tele‑health protocols that set industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct initial intake evaluations and diagnostic assessments via tele‑platforms.
• Develop and implement evidence‑based therapeutic interventions for anxiety, depression, trauma, and related conditions.
• Maintain accurate electronic health records and ensure compliance with HIPAA and state regulations.
• Provide crisis intervention and consultation as needed.

Requirements

Applicants must hold a doctoral degree (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) in Clinical Psychology, be licensed (or eligible for licensure) in at least one U.S. state, and have a minimum of two years of post‑doctoral experience in clinical practice. Strong interpersonal skills, cultural competence, and proficiency with tele‑therapy technologies are essential. Preference is given to candidates with experience in tele‑health delivery and familiarity with electronic medical record systems.
