About the Role
As a Remote Surveyor, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting geospatial data to support various engineering and construction projects. What You’ll Do

- Prepare comprehensive reports and documentation for clients and regulatory agencies

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local, state, and federal surveying regulations
Requirements
Education & Certification
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering, or a related field
- Professional Surveyor (PS) license or ability to obtain licensure within 12 months
- Strong proficiency with GIS software (ArcGIS, QGIS) and CAD tools (AutoCAD, Civil 3D)
Experience & Skills
- Minimum of 2-4 years of professional surveying experience
- Solid understanding of boundary laws, land subdivision principles, and platting regulations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to precision
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
