About the Role

As a Remote Attorney at our firm, you’ll play a critical role in providing comprehensive legal guidance across multiple practice areas including corporate law, intellectual property, compliance, and contract negotiations. You’ll work directly with executive leadership to develop legal strategies that align with business objectives while mitigating risk and ensuring regulatory compliance.

What You’ll Do

• Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial contracts, including SaaS agreements, licensing deals, and partnership agreements
• Provide strategic legal counsel on corporate governance, securities law, and M&A transactions
• Advise on intellectual property matters including patents, trademarks, and copyright protection
• Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations across all business operations
• Manage outside counsel relationships and coordinate litigation strategy when necessary
• Develop and implement internal legal policies and training programs
• Conduct legal research and stay current on emerging laws and regulations affecting the technology sector

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school with active bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant legal experience, preferably in a corporate setting or law firm serving technology clients
• Strong expertise in contract law, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote work environment
• Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly understand and advise on emerging technologies
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to exercise sound judgment under pressure
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying legal risks and opportunities
