About the Role

As a Remote Paralegal, you will assist attorneys with case preparation, document management, and client communication. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage case calendars, track filing deadlines, and coordinate with court clerks, process servers, and opposing counsel.

  • Maintain electronic and physical filing systems, ensuring compliance with confidentiality protocols and data‑security policies.
  • Assist with trial preparation, including exhibit organization, witness coordination, and preparation of trial notebooks.

  • Support attorneys in e‑discovery projects by processing, reviewing, and producing electronic documents.

Requirements

Must-Have Skills

  • Associate’s degree or certificate in Paralegal Studies; a bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum two (2) years of paralegal experience in litigation, corporate law, or a comparable practice area.
  • Proficiency with case management software (e.g., Clio, MyCase, PracticePanther) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce clear, precise legal documents.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines in a remote setting.
