Requirements

Education & Credentials

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) preferred; alternatively, Master’s in Healthcare Administration (MHA) or Nursing (MSN) with at least 5 years of clinical leadership experience.
• Board certification in a relevant specialty (e.g., Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Nursing) is highly desirable.

Experience & Skills

• Minimum of 5 years in a senior healthcare management role, ideally within ambulatory or telehealth settings.
• Proven track record of leading large, multi‑disciplinary teams in a virtual or hybrid environment.
• Expertise in quality improvement methodologies (Six Sigma, Lean, PDSA) and familiarity with CMS regulations.
• Strong analytical acumen—proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, or similar dashboards.
