Telehealth Physician (MD/DO) | 1099 Contract | 50-State Licensed | $190/hr Fully remote 1099 telehealth role performing Medicare Chronic Care Management (CCM) Initiating Visits. Monday-Friday day shift, no on-call, no weekend, no after-hours. Immediate start.
