About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate investment opportunities across technology, health, climate, and consumer sectors.
• Conduct comprehensive financial modeling, market analysis, and risk assessment to inform investment decisions.
• Negotiate term sheets and structure deal terms that align with investor and founder interests.
• Mentor portfolio founders, offering strategic advice, network access, and operational support.
• Represent the fund at global pitch events, accelerator programs, and industry conferences.
• Collaborate with fellow partners to co‑invest and co‑lead funding rounds.
• Develop and execute a deal‑sourcing strategy that expands our reach into emerging ecosystems.

Requirements

• Proven track record of successful venture investments or equivalent experience in private equity, corporate development, or startup leadership.
• Deep expertise in at least one high‑growth industry such as artificial intelligence, biotech, clean energy, or fintech.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and market trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of building trust with founders and stakeholders.
• Self‑motivated, disciplined, and comfortable working autonomously in a remote environment.

Preferred Experience

• 5+ years of venture capital, angel investing, or startup founding experience.
• Successful exits or notable portfolio company growth that delivered significant returns.

• Established network of founders, limited partners, and industry experts.
• Experience scaling companies from seed stage through Series B and beyond.

Benefits
